is a publishing imprint for art, architecture and design. The sister company of Bureau A.Z., the same team has developed the publishing programme, editorial approach and design language. Zegris Books aims to balance intelligent general-interest arts publishing with a strong commitment to the themes of sustainability and ecology, situating them as fundamental to the fields of contemporary art and design.
Zegris Books Classics : a series of books presenting historic texts on art, architecture and design with relevance to contemporary practitioners.
Zegris Books Monographs : a series where each book features the work of one established contemporary art or design practitioner. The distinction between the fine arts and design is blurred: work of both fields is treated the same editorially and visually, with previously overlooked creative practices also included in the series. Above is the second book in the series, featuring the work of Belgian makeup artist, Inge Grognard.
